The products featured on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, China and Sweden. All items must go through Customs inspection and will be delivered by the Local Mail Post.
The postage period for the products starts to take effect immediately after the payment has been approved for the purchase and may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 45 business days, with variations due to possible problems and factors beyond our control. When a situation like this occurs, the days necessary for solving the problems will be added to our deadline. We inform you that at the end of the year, Black Friday and global promotions, the sales volume grows substantially and for this reason, the delivery period can extend up to 15 working days beyond the normal period. These terms are valid for Capitals and Metropolitan Regions. Deliveries to the interior or areas of difficult access may take a little longer, in areas with restricted delivery the products will have to be picked up at the post office. Another important information is that when the products arrive in the customer’s country, it goes through Customs inspection and only afterwards they go for delivery in the destination cities.
All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent by email to the customer within the average period of 7 working days and can be followed from the departure of the country of origin until the arrival at your residence.
Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, as absent recipient, regions with restricted delivery, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest branch to the address provided.
Based on our experience, 95% of products are delivered within 20 working days after postage.
If the order is for 2 or more products, they can be sent in separate freight and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
We ask for attention when filling in the delivery address to ensure receipt of the product. The store is not responsible for any problems with delivery, due to the wrong or insufficient supply of the address or name of the recipient, by the customer. Products delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, can only be resent if the same is returned by the recipient or if delivery is refused, in this case, respecting the reshipment rules mentioned below. If the customer moves home after purchase, he / she should contact us, if the product has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within that period the product is already separated and packaged for shipping. The store guarantees free shipping, however if the purchase is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or when the delivery is mistakenly rejected by a porter, secretary or any other employee / person who is at the address indicated by the customer, the fee will be charged for the second delivery, if at the time the customer chooses to cancel the purchase, the amount paid will be refunded minus 30% as operating expenses. This fee is also charged in cases where the products are returned by mail, when the customer is not at home to receive it or if the product is not picked up at the indicated unit, within the indicated time.
The product must be sent on behalf of someone who lives at the registered address for delivery. Sending parcels to third party addresses, destined for someone who does not lives on site, can cause confusion in delivery.
The store is NOT RESPONSIBLE if the postman does not deliver on the grounds that the customer / recipient is not known at the location / address. In this case, the customer's registration error will be considered, and the reshipment or cancellation will be made in accordance with the policies previously provided.
As this is an international order, the tracking information on the 17track website may occur between 5 to 7 business days after the product is shipped.
The fulfillment of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before the confirmation of purchase, and if the product is returned by an incorrect address or insufficient data will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, the product remains at the agency available to be picked up by the customer, if the customer does not pick it up within the period established by the Post Office, the product will be returned to the sender abroad, leaving the store exempt from any liability. If it is possible to resend the product to the customer, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation that will be registered in the order register, in addition, any costs with the reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
In case of reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.
